In order to encourage the public, including entrepreneurs, to use the state e-services and to ensure the widest possible awareness of the population about the e-services offered by the state, the programme "Mana Latvija.lv! Dari digitāli!".

The programme included communication on more than 800 e-services and established cooperation with more than 30 state and municipal institutions. An important part of the programme "Mana Latvija.lv! Dari digitāli!" part was the training of digital agents, which over two years (2018-2020) was attended by 6,000 people, including 1,444 librarians, 1,521 teachers, more than 2,603 state and local government employees, 376 court employees, 40 representatives of various non-governmental organisations and 16 journalists. Among state and local government institutions, the largest number of digital agents is in the Judicial Administration, the State Employment Agency, the State Revenue Service and the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs.

The training of digital agents is a unique project, and not only in the Latvian context. The programme promotes the development of digital skills in society with the ambitious aim of sharing knowledge as widely as possible and across different groups of society, encouraging people to make greater use of e-services or other digital tools offered by the state to deal with everyday life situations.

Digital agents are ready to advise and assist in the use of e-services and various digital tools (eID card, e-signature, e-address) so that everyone, regardless of their digital skills, can get the services they need electronically. The digital agents also suggest ways for public administrations to improve their communication with citizens.

You can find your nearest support person for advice on the Digital Agents Map. The Digital Agents Map provides information on the institutions where trained customer service specialists are available to support you in using e-solutions.
