With the support of EU funds, the execution rates of forensic expertise are increased and the quality is increased

The Internal Security Fund is a unique source of funding from the European Union, benefiting not only the State Police and other investigating authorities, but also the general public, as the execution rates of forensic experts are increased and the quality is increased. In a number of fields of expertise, it is ensured that expertise’s are carried out more quickly than if this European Union funding had not been available.

In a video presentation, the Head of the State Police's Central Criminal Police's Office for Combating Economic Crimes, Mr. Pauls Krumins, presents in more detail the European Union's contribution to strengthening Latvia's security.
