A project co-funded by the EU has been launched to modernize the environment of the Ministry of the Interior's professional education institutions

The State Provision Agency has signed an agreement for the implementation of the European Union co-funded project No. 4.2.1.6/3/24/I/001 “Modernization of the learning environment of the Ministry of the Interior's professional education institutions for the acquisition of skills relevant to the sectors”.

The aim of the project is to modernize the learning environment of the Ministry of the Interior's colleges for the acquisition of skills relevant to the sectors.

The project includes the construction of a sports complex (football field, basketball court, running track, exercise area, obstacle course, beach volleyball court) to support the learning environment of the State Police College, and the construction and equipping of a training state border section, as well as the renovation of a training border control point to support the learning environment of the State Border Guard College.

The project also envisages the purchase of equipment and devices for the modernization of the colleges' learning environments, design, construction supervision and author's supervision.

The project is planned to be implemented from 1 December 2024 to 31 December 2028. The total cost of the project is EUR 7,577,015, of which the European Union funding is 85% or EUR 6,440,462, and state funding is 15% or EUR 1,136,553.

The project implementer is the State Provision Agency, and the project partners are the State Border Guard College, the State Police College, and the Fire Safety and Civil Protection College.
