In total, in three rounds 47 project applications received for heat insulation of buildings
Till July 21, 2009, the Construction, Energy and Housing State Agency within the European Union structural funds activity “Improvement of heat insulation in apartment houses” have in total received 47 project applications including 17 applications received in the 3rd round.
In the third round the biggest number of project applications received from Vidzeme region (6), Riga region (5) and two applications from Zemgale, Kurzeme and Latgale region each.
In total, the Agency has already received 47 project applications for heat insulation of apartments houses, including 16 project, applications submitted in the first round, have been approved already. In general, the biggest number of project applications received from Vidzeme region (16) and Riga region (13).
About the activity
The purpose of the activity is to improve energy efficiency of apartment houses to ensure sustainability of housing stock and effective utilization of energy resources. Total public financing available within the activity is 16 634 764.16 lats. Detailed information available on http://esfondi.bema.lv.
On July 17, the 4th round of the project application receipt started. It will continue till August 17, (including).
The Agency would like to remind that project applications should be submitted to the Construction, Energy and Housing State Agency, Mucenieku Str. 3, room 201, Riga (in person on working days 8:30 – 17:00 or by mail, as well as by e-mail bema@bema.gov.lv in the form of electronic document signed with safe electronic signature and certified time stamp).
