Internal Security Fund support for State Police special units

To improve the material and technical support of operational management units, the State Police began implementing the project "Improving the capacity and material and technical support of operational management units and the Special Task Unit (SUB)" in July 2023, with funding from the Internal Security Fund. Part of the SUB capacity and material and technical support planned in the project has now been purchased.

Given that the goal of the project "Improving the capacity and material and technical support of operational management units and the Special Task Unit (SUB)" is to strengthen the capacity of the Special Task Unit by purchasing specialized equipment intended for the needs of the Special Task Battalion of the State Police's Main Public Order Police Department, special tactical training equipment – mats, folding beds and sleeping bags, stretchers and bags for stretchers – has been purchased so far during the project.
