In the multi-apartment building energy efficiency program, the available funding has been fully reserved with the submitted applications.

In the energy efficiency improvement program for multi-apartment buildings, all available funding has been reserved with the applications submitted so far, and ALTUM is no longer accepting new applications as of September 5th of this year.

The program will continue to process the applications that have already been submitted.

Since the opening of the EU Recovery Fund-financed program in December 2022, a total of 168 projects have been submitted, with a total project amount of EUR 88 million. The highest number of applications is from the Riga area (52%), followed by Kurzeme (21%), Latgale (5%), Vidzeme (16%), and Zemgale (6%). The average planned energy savings from insulated buildings under the project is approximately 39%.
