November 5, 6, 7, and 8

Monitoring Committee (MK) is a collegial institution involved in the European Union (EU) funds administration. This Committee comprises EU fund managing authority – Ministry of Finance, representatives of responsible authorities and cooperation institutions, planning region development councils, social partners, societies and foundations.

MK shall monitor utilization of EU funds in an efficient manner and in compliance with approved planning documents, evaluate proposals for modification of planning documents and take decisions on approval or rejection of such modifications, review conclusions on EU fund evaluation and proposals for implementation of planning documents, as well as take decision on implementation of such suggestions, approve EU fund administration communication strategy, long-term monitoring and evaluation plan and Committee Regulations stating work organization of the Committee and sub-committees, as well as review and coordinate EU fund action plan additions.
