The construction of the new disaster management center in Līvāni has reached a significant milestone with the completion of the roof structure and the traditional topping-out ceremony

The topping-out ceremony has been held and the construction of the load-bearing roof structure has been completed at the future disaster management center in Līvāni.

All windows have been installed at the facility, and metal exterior doors have been delivered. A PVC membrane has been installed on the garage roof and the second-floor roof. Façade finishing works are ongoing. Insulation work on the plinth, masonry of interior walls, and landscaping works are also in progress. Installation of electrical networks and concrete flooring on the second floor has begun.

In the near future, it is planned to start cladding the facade with sheets and installing exterior doors.

Construction is progressing according to schedule. The construction works are being carried out by the joint venture "KUUM & PC".

The project is being implemented with the support of the European Union and is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility.
